  • Designer Position
    (Graphic & Character Designer)

    Main Responsibilities
    ・Design work related to merchandise, packaging, and spatial design for licenses owned by our company
    ・Creative production for advertising photography and related tasks
    ・Supervision of various collaborations
    ・Design work for corporate websites, etc.
    Required Qualifications
    ・Passion for creativity
    ・Interest in product design
    ・Practical experience as a designer
    ・Creative production skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
    ・Basic design skills/knowledge
    Preferred Qualifications
    ・Experience working at an advertising agency
    ・Experience in the licensing business
    ・Experience in project management
    ・Proficiency in English or Korean

      Full-time Employee
    • Salary
      Annual income: 3,000,000 – 6,000,000 JPY
      * Salary will be determined based on experience and skills.
      * Additional performance-based bonus available (subject to company performance).

    • Working Hours
      ＜Flextime System＞
      ・Standard working hours per day: 8 hours
      ・Core working hours: 10:00 - 19:00
    • Holidays
      ＜Annual Holidays＞
      ・Weekends and public holidays
      * In case of weekend/public holiday work, compensatory leave will be provided.
      ・New Year holidays
      ・More than 120 annual holidays
      ＜Special Leave＞
      ・Paid annual leave
      (10 days after 6 months of employment, then granted annually as per legal requirements)

    Main Responsibilities
    ・Supervision of collaboration events and products
    ・Handling corporate inquiries
    ・Planning and proposing new business ventures
    ・Sales activities for new business projects
    ・Engaging with existing clients, participating in exhibitions, and making business proposals
    Required Qualifications
    ・Passion for creative-related work
    ・At least 2 years of professional experience
    ・Basic PC skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    Preferred Qualifications
    ・Experience working at an advertising agency
    ・Experience in the licensing business
    ・Experience in project management
    ・Proficiency in English or Korean
